Pixel 8 Body Tightening Laser

Pixel laser is designed to gently target common concerns and improve skin tone and texture with minimal downtime and discomfort, unlike the other old kind of laser that often require extensive downtime and recovery. Pixel is a non-invasive laser skin resurfacing treatment. It stimulates new rapid collagen growth, which smoothens and tightens skin. The laser creates many tiny holes in the skin that work to remove the top layer of the skin while the surrounding skin cells remain intact. It helps to improve skin texture, lighten pigmentation, soften wrinkles, reduce pore size, and smooth out scars (including acne scars) and stretch marks without the recovery time and discomfort associated with other resurfacing lasers. Pixel laser treatment also tightens loose skin by stimulating new collagen formation, which results in skin continuing to improve for up to 6 months after the treatment series.

Pixel Laser Skin Resurfacing appointments are usually 45 minutes to 1 hour; the procedure takes about 30 minutes or more, depending on the treated area. During the treatment, the pixel laser handpiece will gently glide across the treatment area (face, neck, chest, arms, hands, or any other body area). You may feel a prickling sensation and hear the beeping sound of the Pixel Laser. After the treatment, a topical anesthetic will be applied to alleviate any remaining sense (alert us if you have any allergy or sensitivity to topical anesthetics). After your treatment, you should expect the area to be red and swollen for the first 24-48 hours. 3-4 days after your treatment, your skin will begin the flake and peel, especially during skin cleansing. The area is usually healed after about five days of facial pixel treatments.

For pixel treatments elsewhere on the body, healing can take longer because the skin turns over more slowly, and not as many oil glands are present. It is vital to keep your skin moisturized and safe from sun exposure. Use of an SPF of 30 or higher is recommended at all times. Drinking plenty of water to keep your skin well-hydrated would be best.
